At CrownGemm, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your necklace, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized necklaces
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
